The Chief Investigator, Major Orlando J. Perez II, USA, (Ret), is a licensed Tampa private investigator with over 20 years of investigative and security experience. He is a honor graduate from the University of South Florida’s Criminal Justice Department, and a retired military police officer with the US Army’s Law Enforcement Branch. The agency only uses experienced and licensed private investigators and protective service agents.
